PRIDOLA

Pridola Design is a lighting brand with Swedish roots, founded with a clear vision: to combine Scandinavian design—clean lines, functionality, and a minimalist aesthetic—with advanced wireless technology.

Their cordless lamps offer decorative and functional solutions that allow you to elegantly transform spaces without relying on complex electrical installations.
Although its digital presence was already significant through its online store, Pridola had not yet explored the Amazon channel.

THE CHALLENGE

The biggest challenge was launching the brand from scratch within Amazon US.

  • They had no active Amazon account or sales history there.

  • Their catalog and content were optimized for brand-style eCommerce, not marketplace-style.

  • They needed to build credibility in a highly competitive environment, without losing the aesthetics and perception of a premium brand.

  • They needed to generate initial sales and traction to boost Amazon's algorithm.

The goal: to introduce Pridola to Amazon US with a structured, branding and performance-oriented strategy.

THE EXECUTION

During the first 45 to 60 days:

  • We created the Amazon US account, associated it with Pridola Brand Registry, and uploaded the initial catalog.

  • We adapt and optimize each product listing (title, bullet points, description, and A+ Content) with a focus on design storytelling and technical features.

  • We implement progressive campaigns: starting with broad-based automated and manual campaigns, then scaling up to targeted campaigns.

  • We conducted A/B testing of featured images, headlines, and promotional launch prices.

  • We adjusted our inventory and logistics strategy to avoid disruptions during initial growth.

THE RESULTS

At the end of the first quarter after launch:

  • We reached +$120,000 in cumulative sales in the U.S.

  • We achieved a 10-12% conversion rate on the first optimized products.

  • Advertising profitability: ROAS of ~4.5x with ACOS controlled between 20-25%.

  • Sustainable scaling that allowed for catalog and volume growth.

  • We positioned Pridola as an emerging premium lighting brand within Amazon US, with good organic visibility.
